FAFSA applications will be available beginning January 1, 2010 at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Visit www.fafsa.ed.gov for a copy of the worksheet today.  Complete the worksheet ahead of time and your application process will go much more smoothly.

Also, apply for you PIN today.  You must have a PIN before you can submit your information.  It can take up to two weeks to receive your PIN.  Vist www.fafsa.ed.gov today to apply for your PIN.

 

“College Goal Sunday”   aka “FAFSA Workshop“

The Community Colleges of Spokane are hosting a “College Goal Sunday”.  This event is a nationwide event that will help parents and students complete the 2010 FAFSA.

 - When:  Sunday, January 10, 2010    2-4 p.m.

- Where:  Spokane Falls Community College, Building #17

- What to bring:  Driver’s License, Social Security Card, and a copy of your 2009 Tax Return

- Staffed by:  Financial Aid experts from all of Spokane’s colleges and universities
